My name is Troy Hill. I am Owner & Chef at Chef Troy’s Talk of the Town Restaurant. I have worked in many restaurants in California over the years. In 1997, I moved to Huntsville, AL and was Chef at several restaurants there..Bubba’s Downtown, PoBoy Factory, Alabama Roadhouse, The Broiler, & Valley Hill Country Club just to name a few.
Owning my own restaurant has always been a dream of mine, so in August 2009, I became engaged to my fiance’ Angie and we decided to take a chance and open a restaurant. We looked for a place for a while and finally decided this would be it. So, here we are today at Chef Troy’s Talk of the Town in Houston, AL. It has been an amazing experience. We have truly been blessed. I want to say Thank You to all of our customers and hope to see you soon.
